Multi-data source aggregation to WITSML with remote synchronization.

• WITS-0 (serial/IP server or client)
• Delimited (CSV-style over serial)
• MQTT JSON (JSON payloads transmitted over an MQTT broker)
• Synchronizes to external WITSML 1.3.1 and 1.4.1 servers
